If you are familiar with the world of jailbreaking for quite a time now, you would have heard of one of the most famous multitasking on iPhone Auxo for jailbroken iDevices. Auxo like Zephyr (covered before) provides an ease of multitasking and app switching on iDevices with advanced functionalities which Apple has failed to provide. While iOS 7 actually took some of the features of Auxo and integrated it within the firmware for iDevices, the tweak was of little use once Apple brought in market its sparkling new iOS 7. The multitasking window in iOS 7 had large rectangular box sized apps and you could swipe up to close them, just what Auxo brought in advance for iOS 6 users. Now however, the developers of Auxo have come up with an advanced version of their famous tweak, with a layout and interface that will blow your mind away.
Auxo 2 , the successor of Auxo, brings an integration of Apple’s native Control Center and Multitasking window, and blends them together to provide optimum utility to iDevices users. This is of course a step ahead from other apps which provides customization features for control center like Polus and Springtomize3. Auxo 2, also known as Multi-Center, a combination of control center and multitasking window, can be simply activated by swiping up from bottom to top of the screen, or by pressing the home button on your device twice. Here’s how to get this tweak on your iDevice.
Enjoy Multitasking On iPhone With Auxo 2 Tweak
NOTE: Please note that Auxo 2 is a jailbreak oriented tweak and requires a jailbroken iDevice. You can jailbreak your device by following the tutorial below. However, jailbreaking will void your device’s manufacturers warranty and may make it immune to OTA updates coming right from Apple.
Step 1: Simply navigate to the Cydia app on your device springboard and tap the Search button to search for Auxo 2. The tweak is available for a price of $3.99 USD for new users, and $1.99 USD for users upgrading from Auxo. However, you can follow our tutorial below to get Cydia tweaks for free.
Step 2: Once installed/purchased, simply navigate to Settings->Auxo 2 to configure its settings. Known as Quick Switcher, it is the most prominent feature of Auxo 2 which lets you access recent apps by swiping your finger from bottom to top on your device screen.
With Auxo 2, you will notice slight change in the representation of WiFi, BlueTooth and Airplane Mode toggles, along with a new Brightness and Volume regulator.
That’s it. Enjoy all new Multi-Center on your iDevice with Auxo 2 jailbreak tweak.
