How to setup Outlook Email on iPhone

Microsoft’s Outlook, is the one of the most used email applications. Like Yahoo, and Gmail, you can also configure Outlook to your iPhone’s Mailbox. This way you can keep track of all your email accounts at a single destination, and do not need to app-hop to manage personal and professional emails. Here’s a step-by-step guide to setup outlook email on iPhone. The method works for iPad as well.

Step 1: Go to the ‘Settings’ icon on your Home Screen.


Step 2: Scroll down the list, till you reach ‘Mail, Contacts, Calendars’. Tap on it. This will open up a list of already configured accounts.


Step 3: Tap on ‘Add Account’. This will open up the list of mail clients that are supported on the iPhone.


Step 4: Tap on ‘’.


Step 5: Type in your Email (with domain as, Password and Description (if you have anything specific).


Step 6: As and when you enter the information, tap on the ‘Next’ button that gets highlighted.


Step 7: Sync in your Outlook email with Mail, Contacts, Calendars and Reminders, as you prefer.


Step 8: Go to the Mail icon on the Home Screen. Find ‘Outlook’ under Mailboxes and start using your very own Outlook email on your iPhone.
