Yes, we are talking about the automatically rotating front cam images that kill the whole feel of clicking pictures from the front camera. Everybody who uses iPhone has for once hated this feature, and wanted a way out to stop auto image flipping while taking selfies on iPhone. As the name suggests, the tweak disables the pictures taken via front cam on iPhone from getting rotated automatically. So here’s how to get it on your iPhone instantly.

NOTE: The tweak requires you to have a jailbroken iPhone, and in case you haven’t jailbroken your iDevice yet, you can follow our step by step tutorial below. Also make sure you take a complete backup of your iPhone before proceeding.

Step 1: Launch Cydia app from your iPhones springboard, and navigate to the Search button on bottom navigation menu to search for Front Cam Un-Mirror jailbreak tweak.

The tweak is available in the Cydia app store under the StickTron repository. Simply download and install it on your iPhone using the top right Install button that can be seen on the screen when you search for the tweak.

Step 2: Once installed, you don’t get to see any Settings page for this tweak, however, the tweak does add a toggle switch within the Camera app on top left corner.

To disable auto flipping of image, simply tap the button on top left corner to mirror or un-mirror according to your preferences. For sure, this is one of the most wanted tweaks people are going to go for, on their jailbroken iPhones. The tweak is a +1 from our side, and we have been waiting for a long time for such a tweak to come into existence. A handy tip- in case you don’t have a jailbroken iPhone, you can still use the Instagram’s front camera to give you un-mirrored images, though the camera quality there would be slightly less.
